Meet the Developer

LiveLens is developed and led by Arpan Das, an independent creator and streamer based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

The app was born out of Arpan's firsthand experience as a mobile streamer. Tired of the limitations, watermarks, and locked-down features of existing mobile streaming apps, he spent several years self-teaching the complexities of OpenGL ES pipelines, video encoding, and mobile rendering to build a professional-grade alternative.

"Built by a streamer, for streamers." LiveLens is a solo project, built through countless late nights around a full-time commitment, driven by a passion for mobile content creation.

LiveLens is the flagship project of Bycon Studio, an independent, creator-owned entity focused on building tools that prioritize user freedom and privacy.

Our Philosophy

No Ads, No Watermarks: Your content belongs to you. We believe the app should never interfere with your broadcast.
Privacy First: No forced account creation and no data harvesting.
Empty Canvas Workflow: We provide the tools; you provide the creativity. We don't force you into predefined templates.
Community Funded: Instead of aggressive monetization, LiveLens relies on community support through donations (UPI/GitHub) to remain sustainable and free for everyone.
