  1. Ownership

LiveLens, including its source code, website code, documentation, designs, graphics, branding, and other associated files (collectively, the "Materials"), is proprietary property of Bycon Studio and its licensors.

The Materials are made publicly viewable for informational, demonstration, security review, and project transparency purposes only. Public availability does not make this project open-source and does not grant a license to reuse the Materials.

  1. Permitted Use

You may:

  • View and inspect the Materials for personal, non-commercial evaluation.
  • Download and use official LiveLens application builds in accordance with the LiveLens Terms of Service.
  • Link to the official LiveLens website or repository.
  1. Restrictions

Unless you receive prior written permission from Bycon Studio, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Materials.
  • Compile, build, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, host, or commercially exploit the Materials or any substantial portion of them.
  • Use the Materials to create or improve a competing product or service.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
  • Use the LiveLens name, logo, branding, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.
  • Circumvent security measures or use the Materials for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

  1. Contributions

Submitting code, documentation, ideas, feedback, or other materials does not grant you ownership of LiveLens. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you grant Bycon Studio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and incorporate your submission into LiveLens.

  1. Third-Party Components

Third-party software, libraries, assets, trademarks, and services included in or referenced by LiveLens remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. This license does not replace or limit those third-party terms.

  1. No Warranty

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYCON STUDIO AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE MATERIALS.

  1. Termination

Any permission granted under this license automatically terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Materials in your possession or control.
